Cassie began her insurance career in 1995 as a Customer Service Representative focusing on Personal Lines Insurance for a local Charleston Agency. She joined MSIA in 2004 as Personal Lines Manager. In 2008 she transitioned to the Commercial Lines Department as a CSR for small commercial policies.
Cassie currently holds the CISR (Certified Insurance Service Representative) designation.
Cassie is a graduate of Dunbar High School and attended the University of Charleston. She currently resides in Elkview with her husband and two children. She is involved with the Girl Scouts of America as a co-leader and works with the local high school boosters. She also enjoys cake decorating, scrap booking, and spending time with her family.
