Joylynn graduated from Marshall University with a BS in Chemistry. She has been in employee benefits for 6 years, joining the MSIA team in 2009 with the formation of the Benefits Department. Joylynn is the Account Executive for Benefits and Financial Services and also runs a small group health plan in West Virginia and the western part of Pennsylvania.
Joylynn resides in South Charleston with her husband, Josh. In her spare time, she works with the youth at her church and coaches Little League Softball.
