Kathy joined Mountain State Insurance Agency in 2004. She has been working in the Insurance Industry since 1986 in a variety of capacities including Claims, Commercial Service Representative, Commercial Account Rater for a local Insurance Company, and Commercial Account Executive in the Construction Industry.
Kathy’s designations include Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and Certified Work Comp Specialist (CWCS) from the Institute of Work Comp Professionals.
Kathy lives in Charleston with her husband, David and Rat Terrier, Neuman. She enjoys spending her spare time walking, spoiling her Grandchildren, and spending time with family and friends.
