Pam is the customer service representative for the new Benefits Department at Mountain State Insurance Agency. She has been with MSIA since April 2009. Pam came into the insurance industry straight out of high school in 1978. She worked for New England Life and for the General Agent, Shel Kingston for the next 18 years off and on while raising her children. In 2008, Pam began working full-time for New England once again and came over to the Mountain State Insurance Agency in 2009 when the new benefits unit was opened.
Pam and her husband, Rick, reside in Kanawha City with their two children, Josh and Mallory. Pam is actively involved in her children’s extracurricular activities and is active in her church as a Sunday school teacher and Youth Group Advisor.
